The concert will raise awareness of the dangers of distracted driving, an epidemic facing the United States. Project 111 is now active in four Midland County schools - Midland High, Dow High, and Coleman High and now Bullock Creek. Schieber, the widow of Midland Police Officer Chad Schieber, has worked to create and sustain an organization dedicated to Chad Schieber’s vision of rewarding teens for good driving behavior and good citizenship.
